"Tiscover achieves a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 74"

Since 2013, the Alpine Portal Tiscover has been evaluated using the Net Promoter Score method, achieving an NPS of 74 in 2014. For comparison: According to the latest Satmetrix Net Promoter Benchmark, the average NPS for travel websites is 30, the Apple iPhone scored 67 in 2014, and Amazon achieved 64.

"We are constantly working to further improve the booking experience for our customers. An NPS of 74 means that in 2014, more than three-quarters of our booking customers rated us with top scores of 9 or 10. This is an increase of three percentage points compared to the previous year and a great validation of our efforts," says Tiscover Co-Managing Director Stephan Wimösterer.

The NPS survey is integrated at the end of the online booking process, on the thank-you page. This means that anyone who books their vacation online through Tiscover is invited to provide a rating using the NPS methodology.
