Due to the vast amount of email clients and missing or outdated standards for HTML rendering in those applications, designing emails is a bit more complicated. Especially when targeting mobile devices as well. Our default design is optimized to display properly on most screen sizes and clients.
Unfortunatly that is the only design we offer at the moment, but as a paying user, it's possible to request a fully customized design based on a template provided by you. Please contact customer service and we will get back to you.
