Our Callexa Feedback Plugin for Desk.com
We're happy to announce that it's now possible to connect Callexa Feedback to your Desk.com Helpdesk. Let Callexa automatically survey your customers when a ticket has been resolved.
All replies to the survey will be synced back to the Desk.com customer entry. Set it up once and automatically get valuable feedback on your customer service quality.

With the Callexa Feedback Plugin you can have your customers automatically surveyed immediately after successful support.
To survey your desk contacts, follow these steps:
- Create a survey at Callexa and go to the “Recipients” area.
- There, click on the “Salesforce Desk” field on the left side.
- Enter your helpdesk domain, e.g. “mycompany.desk.com”.
- You will now need 4 codes which you will need to create in your Desk.com “Administrator” area.
- Click on the gear icon in the top bar to go to the settings.
- Open the menu item “API > My Applications”.
- Add a new entry with the name "Callexa" and the website URL "http://feedback.callexa.com", the other two fields can be left blank.
- You now have a new entry with a combination of 2 codes, the App Key and the App Secret.
- You can obtain the access token and token secret by clicking on the “Your Access Token” link.
- You now enter these 4 codes in your Callexa survey.
- Determine how many days after ticket closure a survey should take place at the earliest and at the latest.
- Select the ticket states that should trigger a survey.
- Enable automation if desired and save the settings.
- Alternatively, you can perform a manual import at any time.
