Extension for the Callexa Review Widget

A widget, or "mini application", describes a "small program" that is integrated into another program using a graphical interface. Described less technically, widgets are small windows within a website or software that display additional information.

What are the advantages of widgets?

Widgets are very useful as they can be used to easily display additional relevant information. For example in form of a weather widget on a news page.

Callexa also has some widgets in its portfolio that allow you to receive more feedback, but also give you the option of displaying your customer feedback directly on the website.

What is the new reviews widget?

This is a widget form that enables you to publish desired customer ratings directly on your own website. The Reviews widget allows three types of presentation:

1 - Presentation as a list:

The "List" display option is very suitable for use in a website sidebar. A desired number of reviews is displayed in the form of a simple list.

2 - Presentation as web seal:

With the new "Web seal" display option, you get a compact widget that can be used anywhere. Once integrated, it remains at the previously defined position on the website, even if the visitor scrolls.

In the compact view, the average rating is displayed with the total number of customer ratings given. If you move the mouse over the web seal, the window is enlarged and the reviews are displayed in a list.

3 - Presentation as a dashboard:

The new reviews dashboard is a complete overview page that contains the individual comments as well as the average rating.

The percentage distribution between Dectractors and Promoters is also displayed. The dashboard can be placed at the desired location on your own website or in your online shop using HTML code.

Which Callexa widgets are also offered?

The NPS widgets are divided into different areas of application. In addition to the above Callexa widget for testimonials, we offer the following areas of application:

  • NPS surveys:

Our survey widgets offer you the option of carrying out your NPS survey on your own website or within your own e-mails. These widgets are very suitable for surveys carried out directly after a purchase or to be integrated within your customer area.

    • You can display the inline widget, for example, can be placed on the order confirmation page of your online shop. This enables your customers to evaluate the buying experience directly after purchase.

    • The popup widget generates a small feedback button on the right edge of your website. The survey appears when the visitor proactively clicks the button.

    • The slide-up widget appears as a small bar at the bottom of the website and increases as soon as the visitor calls it up or scrolls to the end of the website.

    • The e-mail widget can be integrated directly into your own e-mails or newsletters. Add the generated HTML code e.g. in the footer of your support emails or in the email template of your next newsletter.

  • NPS statistics:

The statistics widgets show the live overall rating from the feedback received. This enables your visitors who have noticed your offer to get an idea of your company.

    • The customer sentiment indicator widget shows the average value of all ratings received on a dynamic scale. An additional line shows how many evaluations this value was calculated from.

    • The NPS Score Widget shows the so-called "Company NPS", i.e. the Net Promoter Score - the NPS total value of your company. This NPS score value is calculated either from the results of all surveys or from a special NPS survey. A wonderful way to show new customers that customer satisfaction is important to you.

On the overview page of our NPS widgets you will find some screenshots of the various areas of application. Please inform us if our widgets do not fit into any of your desired areas of application. We would be happy to plan an individual solution with you.
